By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by them without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this page. You are bound by any such revision and should review this page periodically. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including its content, features and availability, at any time without notice.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a credit application or other form. You agree not to: (a) provide false, inaccurate or misleading information; (b) use any automated means to access, copy or monitor the website; (c) interfere with the security or proper working of the website; or (d) use the website in any manner that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use of it.

5. Vehicle listings, pricing and availability
Vehicle listings on this website are provided for information only and do not constitute an offer to sell. Prices shown on the website are approximate, exclude applicable taxes, licensing, registration and any fees disclosed at the time of sale, and are subject to change without notice. A listed vehicle may be sold or removed from inventory before the website is updated. Photographs are representative and may not depict the exact vehicle or its equipment. Despite our efforts, errors in listings may occur; we reserve the right to correct any error and are not bound by an erroneous price or description. The price, condition, equipment and other terms of sale of any vehicle are those set out in the written purchase agreement between you and Auto Approved, which prevails over any information on the website.
6. Financing
All financing is subject to credit approval by a third-party lender. Your interest rate, term, payment amount and total cost of borrowing depend on the lender’s approval and will be disclosed to you in writing in your financing agreement in accordance with applicable cost-of-credit disclosure legislation. A pre-qualification or pre-approval is not a commitment to lend. Auto Approved is not responsible for credit decisions made by lenders. Auto Approved does not obtain credit reports. Any credit inquiry is made by the lender reviewing your application, with your consent, and the type of inquiry and its effect on your credit score depend on that lender.
7. Trade-in appraisals
Any trade-in or purchase estimate provided online, by telephone or by email is preliminary and non-binding. The value of a vehicle is confirmed only after inspection and verification of its ownership documents, mileage, condition and any outstanding lien, and is set out in the written purchase agreement.
8. Vehicle delivery
Auto Approved offers delivery of purchased vehicles, at no additional charge, to addresses anywhere in Canada. Delivery dates are confirmed once the purchase and any financing are finalized and are subject to vehicle preparation, distance, weather and road conditions. The terms of delivery, including the transfer of possession and risk, are set out in the purchase agreement.
9. Forms, applications and submissions
When you submit a form through the website, you represent that the information provided is true, accurate and complete, that you are authorized to provide it, and, where the form includes information about another person such as a co-applicant or a referred friend, that you have that person’s consent to provide it. Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of a form does not create a contract between you and Auto Approved.
10. Referral program
Participation in any referral program described on the website is subject to the program terms in effect at the time of the referral, including any conditions relating to the completion of a purchase by the referred person. The referred person must have agreed to be contacted. Auto Approved may modify, suspend or terminate a referral program at any time.
11. Intellectual property
This website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks and design, are owned by or licensed to Auto Approved and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages from the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or display of the content without our prior written permission is prohibited.
12. Third-party websites
The website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Such links are provided for convenience only. Auto Approved has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or availability of those websites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Auto Approved does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors or viruses. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or condition given in a written purchase agreement or implied by applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Approved and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to use, the website or its content, or your reliance on any information contained on it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Approved and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of the website.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba in respect of any dispute arising from your use of the website.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of it. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auto Approved regarding use of the website.
